Last updated: April 29, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, requesting an audit, using our tools, or engaging Your Seller Team for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
2. Services
Your Seller Team provides Amazon and eCommerce support services, including account management, PPC advertising support, listing optimization, A+ content guidance, reporting, operational audits, and related tools. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees may be defined separately in a written proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement.
3. No Guaranteed Results
We work to improve performance through data-driven strategy and execution, but marketplace results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform policies, competition, inventory, pricing, reviews, conversion rate, budgets, account health, and customer demand. We do not guarantee sales, ranking, profit, ad performance, or marketplace approval outcomes.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access, required assets, marketplace permissions, budget approvals, and compliance with applicable marketplace policies. You remain responsible for your seller accounts, products, claims, inventory, pricing, tax, legal compliance, and final business decisions.
5. Tools and Account Access
Some tools may require Google sign-in or active access approval. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, copy, resell, overload, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access to any tool, system, data, or account.
6. Payments
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are defined in the applicable plan, invoice, checkout page, or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are due before work begins or at the start of each billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
The website, tools, templates, workflows, reports, designs, text, graphics, and other materials created by Your Seller Team remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use deliverables provided to you for your internal business purposes.
8. Confidentiality
We treat non-public client information as confidential and use it only to provide services, support, reporting, audits, and related communication. You agree to protect any non-public methods, tool access, and materials we provide.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Seller Team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the previous one month.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
